Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 3 - 7 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Estimated delivery time is 2 – 5 business days.

Note: Shipping times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as holidays, natural disasters, or extreme weather conditions. While we strive for timely delivery, shipping delays are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the carrier.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • To request a cancellation, email support@go-bazar.com with the subject line “CANCEL.”

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you enter an incorrect shipping address:

  • Contact us immediately via support@go-bazar.com with the correct details.

  • If the order has not yet been processed, we can update your address.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging orders, but in rare cases (about 1 in 1000 shipments), items may be damaged during transit. If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at support@go-bazar.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number.

    • A clear picture of the damaged product.

  • Once verified, we will send a replacement free of charge.
