What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@go-bazar.com with:
- Your order number.
- A clear picture of the damaged item.
Once verified, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@go-bazar.com with the correct details. If your order has not yet been processed, we can update your shipping details. However, we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
